Wrather Distinguished Service Professor of Astronomy & Astrophysics and Physics and co-director of the Energy Policy Institute at Chicago (EPIC), will discuss the possible futures of responses to global climate change, focusing on both the technical aspects and the policy (and political) issues the developed world faces. After addressing those questions, he will explore how they contrast with the same issues faced by the developing world.</p><p><em>This event is being held in conjunction with the University of Chicago Harper Lecture series.
