Robert Rosner
William E. Wrather Distinguished Service Professor in Astronomy and Astrophysics, and founding co-director of the Energy Policy Institute at Chicago
 
Dr. Rosner will discuss the similarities and differences in approaches to energy and industrial policy throughout the developed world, addressing both technical and political questions. From there, he will dig deeper into the U.S. case around topics of energy security, and energy and environmental policy coordination at national and local levels.
