Description

Jeffrey Grogger, the Irving Harris Professor in Urban Policy, will discuss findings from his research on Seguro Popular, Mexico's federal health insurance program that serves more than 50 million Mexican citizens. Professor Grogger's research examines the program's impact on healthcare spending, utilization, and outcomes since its introduction in 2003.
