ALUMNI INFORMATION:
From the alumni page: The tangible proof of your alumni status is your Alumni ID card. This card grants you reference privileges at all University libraries, with borrowing privileges available at an additional charge from the library cashier. The card can also be presented at the Field House to arrange access (at an annual charge) to any of the athletic facilities. To obtain your Alumni ID, stop by the Alumni Association with your driver's license or other photo identification and a card will be prepared on the spot. You can also mail or fax a copy of your driver's license along with a note requesting an Alumni ID to the Alumni Association and your card will be mailed to you. http://www.uchicago.edu/alumni/alumni_id_request/

ATHLETIC FACILITIES
Privileges at the athletic facilities end on the date of your graduation. There may be a day- or two-lag time. Your alumni ID card can be presented at the Field House to arrange access (at an annual charge) to any of the athletic facilities.

EMAIL
You will maintain your @uchicago.edu addresses; ITS email accounts will be closed two quarters after graduation, but the @uchicago.edu email address will continue to work if it is forwarded to an off-campus email provider.  See more information at https://itservices.uchicago.edu/services/alumni-email-forwarding.

HARRIS LOCKERS
If you have a locker, please make sure it is cleaned out and the lock removed by Friday, July 27.  After that time, all locks will be cut and contents thrown away.

HARRIS MAIL FOLDERS
Please make sure you remove any items you want from your mail folder by Friday, July 27.  Anything left in the folder, after that date, will be thrown out. 

HARRIS LOG-IN/PRINTING
Graduating students will continue to have access to the Student Computer Lab through the summer until September 15.  Your printing quota remains as it has been and you will be able to add credit if you like. Graduating students will continue to have access to the Harris School web site on the same basis as described above; however, your affiliation will change to “Alumni”.

INSURANCE
If you paid for the Student Accident and Sickness Insurance coverage (U-SHIP) for all three quarters this year (F/W/S), and have not lost eligibility (e.g., restricted status, leave of absence, etc), you will be covered through the summer, at no additional cost, until August 31st. You do not have to do anything - this is automatic.

If you or a dependent started on the plan after Autumn Quarter, you will be enrolled in the insurance and billed for Summer Quarter unless you already arranged to not be covered during the summer.

LIBRARY PRIVILEGES
Your library privileges end two weeks after graduation. To obtain a library card after graduation, please visit the ID & Privileges Office. For access and privileges go to:   http://www.lib.uchicago.edu/e/using/access/alumni.html.

MAILING LISTS
To see a list of your email list memberships, go to https://lists.uchicago.edu.

• Log in with your CNet ID and password.
• Your email lists appear to the left.
• To unsubscribe from a list, select the list, then click unsubscribe.
• If you are an administrator of a list, do not unsubscribe until a new administrator is added.
• If you are on the harrisstudentevents list, you may remain on the list for as long as you like and continue to post to the list.
• You cannot unsubscribe from your cohort list until the day of graduation. We do continue to send job information to students after graduation, and some reminder housekeeping notices, such as the deadline for cleaning out lockers and mail folders, via the distribution list.

PARKING
Don't forget to turn in your pass to the Parking Facilities Office, 55th & Ellis before you leave.  Parking passes are only good thru June 30th at all lots.

STUDENT LIFE FEE (SUMMER 2013)
Spring graduates, remaining in the Chicago area, may use the SCC/SCRS through the end of the plan year (August 31), only by opting into paying the summer student life fee.   Please visit http://studenthealth.uchicago.edu/page/student-life-fee and scroll down to the “Summer Coverage” heading. This site is not yet updated for summer 2013. However, you should receive information via email when information is updated.

UNIVERSITY HOUSING VERIFICATION LETTERS
If you need a letter verifying your anticipated graduation date, the Dean of Students office is happy to provide one. Send Kathi Marshall (kathim@uchicago.edu) and email and include your current address.
