Brief Introduction to Mr. Dongxiang Wang

Mr. William (Dongxiang) Wang is the Partner and Managing Director of Avantage Ventures, the first impact investing fund in Asia. Prior to joining Avantage Ventures, William has been working as VP and Director of Investment for several venture capital and private equity firms in China, including Galaxy Capital Investments, Carlyle-Fosun Equity Investments and Tuspark Ventures. He has led teams to complete many successful deals and accomplished excellent returns for the fund invested. He also sits on several public and private company boards and help the businesses to grow.

With more than 20 years of experience in management and capital market, Mr. Wang brings much needed resources and capabilities to the Avantage team. He is also the judge of the Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science, a frequent speaker on investment forums and industry trainings, as well as mentor for many start-ups.

Mr. Wang holds an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, and a B.Eng. from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University. He is also a certified PMP in USA.
