Join us for a lively lunch discussion, Thursday, March 7, 2013, from 12 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. - Room TBA, to explore the question: "Is work and family balance a personal matter or a public policy problem?" Lunch will be provided

YMCA of the USA's Director of Communications Brad McDermott will join us to discuss his experience as both father of two and senior manager at a national NPO.
