Anthony Fowler, Ph.D.
Thank you for visiting my page. I am an Assistant Professor in the Harris School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago. My research focuses on difficult causal questions about political representation. When and to what extent do advanced democracies represent or fail to represent the preferences of their citizens? What policy interventions can improve representation? I design randomized experiments, search for natural experiments, and develop new tools to address these questions. Feel free to contact me with comments or questions. My CV is available here.
