Getting wins, big and small,  in the public sector requires a deep understanding of interpersonal leadership. The Chinese proverb and curse, " May you live in interesting times" has never been more true. We have entered a "New Order of Things" which requires leaders to be intellectually inquisitive on topics such as:

1. Understanding emotions and building incredible emotional and psychological stability

2. Building brain speed and flexibility of mind, the ability to think faster and more efficiently and thus act more decisively at the proper time

3. How to  strengthen your ability to deal with uncivil discourse

4. The importance of self-reflection

5. The keys to resolving conflict

6. Understanding formal vs. informal authority

7. Building a working alliance

8. The importance of leading with character and being a source of inspiration

9. The judgment triangle

10. Understanding power and influence
