Career Development for Employers

The best minds
for your interests.

The best minds are needed to solve the most complex problems—issues in public finance, health care, economic development, global affairs, education, child and family well-being, and the environment.

Students at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy are trained by renowned faculty and scholars through rigorous analysis and thoughtful mentoring, in addition to practical application with policy practitioners and community leaders.

As a recruiting partner, you will have access to an online job bank and web-based recruiting system that Chicago Harris students and alumni use to access employment information and opportunities. As an active member, you have the ability to participate in the following services:

Posting Positions and Viewing Resumes

Employers can post job or internship openings to students, screen applicants, and view student resumes via HarrisLink, our online job bank and recruiting system. The Career Development Office also announces employment opportunities through our student listserve and personally posts positions to HarrisLink and high-traffic student areas.

On-Campus Recruitment

Employers actively recruit Chicago Harris students throughout the academic year. Contact Jandi Kelly (Jandi@uchicago.edu) to explore options to best promote your organization to our students and alumni. For additional information on recruiting policies, please visit our Policies page.
