Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Instituto de Desenvolvimento Educacional: providing Brazilian MBA students with a week-long capstone experience in Chicago dedicated to studying a specific policy topic.
Geary Institute, University College Dublin collaborating on training opportunities for Irish policy professionals and on research addressing critical social and economic issues in both Europe and the United States.
Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, France Research workshop exchanges for PhD students and faculty.
Tel Aviv University Periodic mini-course series exchange on a variety of topics, including education policy (2005), globalization (2006), poverty and inequality (2007), and civic society (2008).
Universidad de Chile A collaborative dual degree program in which participating students may graduate from both institutions with two master's degrees in public policy studies. Also available: a diploma program for Chilean students offered by Chicago Harris faculty via teleconferencing.

Universidad de Iberoamericana Taught by Chicago Harris and Ibero faculty, students receive a diploma in social policy. Students are generally federal and state representatives, political party officials, NGO staff, and middle to high level public officials from state and local governments.
Yonsei University A collaborative dual degree program in which participating students may graduate with a master’s degree from Chicago Harris and a master’s in International Studies from Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies.
