Joseph T. Lower

Professional Bio: 

Joe Lower is Vice President of Corporate and Strategic Development for the Boeing Company. In this role, Mr. Lower is responsible for overseeing the Merger & Acquisition activities within the company, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, equity investments and joint ventures, as well as supporting broader strategic initiatives.

Immediately prior to joining Boeing in 2002, Mr. Lower was Vice President in charge of Corporate Development and North American Sales and Marketing for APW Ltd. Before working at APW, Mr. Lower held various positions, including Director and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, with Credit Suisse First Boston, an international investment bank. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Financial Planning for SPS Transaction Services.

Educational Bio: 

Mr. Lower received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA degree in finance from the Indiana University School of Business.
