Jeffrey C. Neal
Jeffrey C. Neal is a founding partner of Horizon Capital Advisors, LLC, a private equity group investing in Ukraine, Moldova, and Belarus. From 1973 to 2006, Mr. Neal held a number of key leadership positions at Merrill Lynch and a predecessor firm including: head of midwest investment banking practice; head of the global domestic corporate banking group; founder and head of the global corporate finance group, which firmly established Merrill Lynch as a leader in product development; chief operating officer of global investment banking; and chairman of global investment banking.
From 1969 to 1973, Mr. Neal worked as the assistant director at the Bureau of the Budget for the State of Illinois. He served as the budget analyst for the Department of Public Aid and as head of the Office of Capital Finance which inaugurated the state's first legislatively approved general obligation bond program.
Mr. Neal earned his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and his BA in economics from Harvard College.
