Mark Mamolen
From 1977 to 1978, Mark Mamolen was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Between 1978 and 1985, he was with Pritzker & Pritzker where he served as the principal non-family financial advisor to J. A. Pritzker. While at Pritzker & Pritzker, Mr. Mamolen was responsible for underwriting a number of investments including TransUnion Corp. and TicketMaster.
Since 1985, Mr. Mamolen has been an independent private investor in a number of businesses and has been the managing partner of Carl Street Partners. In recent years, he was a key principal in the buyout of a number of businesses, including Bendix Engine Products, now the largest aircraft engine ignition company in the world, and Deflecta Shield Corp., one of the two largest aftermarket light truck accessory manufacturers.
Mr. Mamolen has an MBA from George Washington University and holds a JD from the University of Chicago.
