Fabio Malina Losso
Since 1999 Fabio Malina Losso has been a partner at Losso, Tomasetti & Leonardo Sociedade de Advogados, a Brazilian law firm with offices in Sao Paulo and Curitiba. His practice is centered in corporate transactions, contracts, and intellectual property. He serves as a legal representative and trustee of shares for some highly renowned global investors. During the past decade, Dr. Losso has had an important role in developing start-ups as well as very successful companies in Brazil and in South America, with multibillion-dollar allocated investments. Moreover, Dr. Losso has also provided legal support for companies doing IPO's in Latin America.
Due to the particularities that foreign investors find in Brazil and in South America, which may not always be related to legal aspects, Dr. Losso was invited to be the local partner by some of the investor groups and founded Priori Capital. Priori Capital is a holding company which aims to support foreign investments in Brazil and in South America through the starting up of companies, development of businesses, structuring of projects, and introduction of parties focusing on similar objectives.
Dr. Losso is a guest professor of civil law at the post-graduation centers of the School of Law of FAAP (Sao Paulo), the School of Law of UNICURITIBA (Curitiba), and the School of Medicine of UNICENP (Curitiba).
Since February 2011 he is acting as the CEO/Liquidator of BADEP S/A, a state owned development bank.
He also act as a member of the Board at FUNESP, the public safety special fund of the State of Parana.
Dr. Losso holds a PhD summa cumma laudae from the University of Sao Paulo (USP) and received his law degree from the Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Parana (PUC/PR). He has also done graduate studies in international business law and corporate law.

Dr. Losso is married to Thais and is the father of Elisa. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Italian.
