Eugene Carpino

Professional Bio: 

Eugene Carpino, head of Fabiani & Company's Chicago office, brings to the firm nearly 25 years of high-level participation in local, state, and national government and politics.

In addition to his domestic experience, Mr. Carpino has built an impressive track record of international client successes and a global network of contacts. He has helped conceive and manage projects in Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucuses, and South America ranging from establishing NGOs to infrastructure development to US federal government marketing campaigns.

Prior to joining Fabiani & Company, Mr. Carpino served as Executive Director of the House Republicans at the state capital in Springfield, Illinois, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the political apparatus of the Illinois House Republican Caucus. In this capacity, he served as a liaison to the Illinois Republican Party, the Republican National Committee, Republican County chairmen, and Illinois municipal governments.

Mr. Carpino's extensive experience in the security sector comes from being trained and hired by the FBI in 1998 as a Special Agent, three years as a police officer in a Chicago suburb having left with the rank of Sergeant, and 18 years with Centurion Security Corporation.

Mr. Carpino also possesses deep knowledge of real estate development and the construction and transportation industries from his serving as a partner at Argent Group, a prominent commercial real estate development firm in Chicago. 

Educational Bio: 

Mr. Carpino graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Management and is completing an MBA with a concentration in management information systems from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.
