Diane L. Powell
Diane Linen Powell is a marketing and communications specialist whose professional career spans disciplines in local radio, cable television marketing, network radio and television, Internet, broadcast property sales, trade associations, and publishing. Ms. Powell is currently a professional consultant and private investor, having sold the Des Plaines Printing and Publishing Company last year.
She was previously the chief marketing officer of Lifescape.com, and held senior executive positions with International Family Entertainment (until its sale to Mr. Murdoch), the Television Bureau of Advertising, Communications Equity Associates (certifying as a Series 7 broker dealer), the National Broadcasting Company, and WCRB AM/FM in Boston.
Ms. Powell is a graduate, cum laude, of the University of Pennsylvania and Sussex University (MA) in the United Kingdom. She also holds an MBA from Harvard University.
